It started with my own knees
I'm Daniel — not a doctor, and I don't run a clinic. My knees just ached, the ordinary kind that shows up after a long day. I wanted something that actually helped. Not another pill. Not a $90 appointment three weeks out.
Most of what I found was noise. What finally worked wasn't complicated: deep warmth, gentle vibration and light — together, in one thing you can wear on the couch. Not a cure. Just the difference between a stiff knee and a knee that feels like yours again.
