Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation when you place your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.

Delivery (United States)

Estimated delivery is 4–9 business days after your order ships. Estimates may vary with carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on every US order. No minimum.

We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not ship to Canada, Europe, or other countries at this time.

Order tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email once it ships. Visit our Track Your Order page for help.

Delivery issues

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email support@soovana.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you.
