Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at cidordaniel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless faulty.
