Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking when it ships.
Delivery time (United States)
Estimated delivery is 8–11 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Shipping cost (United States)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
- Orders under $75: flat rate $4.95.
We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not ship to Canada, Europe, or other countries at this time.
Order tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once shipped. Visit our Track Your Order page for help.
Delivery issues
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, or if your package appears lost, email cidordaniel@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
