Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Soovana purchase. If you're not satisfied, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

30-day return window

You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the conditions below are met.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to start a return

  1. Email cidordaniel@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will reply with return instructions within 24 hours on business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement (timing depends on your bank or card issuer).

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.

Policy changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
