1. Who we are

Soovana is a trade name operated by Cidor Daniel, a sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmen) based in Germany. We currently sell to customers in the United States only.

We do not maintain a physical office or warehouse in the United States. Orders are fulfilled and shipped to US addresses from our supply chain partners; our business is registered and operated from Germany.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this website and place orders. By using the website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products — personal use only

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and third-party payment providers. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

7. Shipping

8. Returns & refunds

Our return and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible purchases. We do not offer a 1-year product warranty unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific promotion.
